1 lb penne or rotini
1 lb ham, cubed
1/2 lb fresh mozzarella, cubed
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
2 green peppers, diced
1/2 red onion, diced
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan (not grated)
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
Cook the pasta according to box instructions.
Add 1 tablespoon of oil to prevent sticking and allow the pasta to cool.
Combine the remaining ingredients together.
Put in the fridge.
